Exact issue (accuracy, defamation, privacy, copyright, etc.)
Evidence/supporting documents (if any)
Your requested remedy (correction, clarification, takedown, update)
If you cannot use email, send a signed letter to our postal address.
Acknowledgment: within 24 hours (email reply)
Assessment: editorial review & fact-check
Outcome: within 15 working days (correction/clarification/update/takedown, or reasoned refusal)
Record-keeping: all grievances & actions are logged and retained for 2 years
If a factual inaccuracy is established, we will:
Update/correct the content promptly
Add a visible Correction/Update note with timestamp
Where appropriate, publish a clarification
If dissatisfied with our Level-I decision, you may escalate as per IT Rules, 2021 (Level-II Self-Regulatory Body if we are a member; otherwise proceed to Level-III MIB Oversight Mechanism as per applicable government procedure).
We fully cooperate with lawful directions from competent authorities.
