This Code of Ethics has been adopted in compliance with Rule 3(1)(a) and Rule 18 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, notified by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) and the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB).

Information Technology Act, 2000 – Digital Media Ethics Code Rules, 2021
Accuracy & Fairness: Facts are verified from credible sources; errors are corrected transparently.
Public Interest: Content aims to inform, educate, and empower citizens.
Impartiality: Reporting is free from political or commercial bias.
Privacy & Dignity: No unwarranted intrusion into personal life except in genuine public interest.
No Hate Speech: Prohibited content includes any that promotes enmity, violence, or discrimination.
Children & Sensitive Subjects: Extra care is taken to avoid harm or exploitation.
Advertisement Separation: Paid or sponsored material is clearly identified.
Correction Policy: Verified inaccuracies are promptly rectified and updated online.
For video and multimedia content distributed via YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or other digital channels:
Adherence to the Cable TV Programme Code and Advertisement Code is mandatory.
Content must not offend morality, defame institutions, or compromise national security.
Election-related or sponsored videos will be distinctly labelled as such.
In compliance with Rule 3(2) of the IT Rules 2021, we maintain a transparent grievance system.

Process:
Complaints may be submitted within 15 days of publication.
Acknowledgment within 24 hours; resolution within 15 working days.
All grievances and actions are logged for statutory review.
This policy is reviewed annually or upon amendment of applicable laws.
Updates are reflected with a revised “Effective Date.”
We cooperate fully with the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, law-enforcement agencies, and any recognized Self-Regulatory Body (SRB) under the IT Rules 2021.
